Returns Policy
- All goods must be inspected within 3 days of receiving them and UQG must be notified of any error in your delivery within this time.
- Any goods must be returned in its original condition unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- If there are any defects please contact us to discuss this.
- Any goods returned not in the original packing and are damaged in transit, UQG will not be liable to replace or credit the goods.
- There is a 10% handling fee for returned stock goods if the incorrect product has been ordered unless it is being exchanged for a higher priced product.
- There are no refunds on postage or payment fees.
- Custom made goods can not be refunded unless the parts are not to the agreed specification or drawing.
- All returns/refunds are at the discretion of management.
